Le Friquet
Situated in its own large garden near the Church, Le Friquet has been refurbished with new kitchen, bathrooms and flooring.
The kitchen is equipped to a high standard with a gas hob/double oven, under counter fridge, large free-standing fridge/freezer and patio doors opening in to the garden. The large conservatory/utility room is accessed from the garden by both single door and patio doors, and has a sink, second small freezer, washing machine and separate dryer.
There is a bright and airy sitting room with a television and large L-shaped sofa.
Downstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and a smaller room with bunkbeds.
The bunkbeds are full size singles with a shelf running the length of each bunk. There is a family bathroom with bath and separate shower.
There is also a box room with a television and a chair that unfolds to a futon style single bed if required.
Upstairs, there is a large master bedroom with a super king zip-and-link bed which can be made into twin beds, and an en-suite shower room. There is a narrow room with twin beds along one wall, a further single bedroom and a family bathroom with bath with shower above.
Le Friquet has its own large mature garden with patio, outdoor seating, and BBQ available on request.
